Return, Refund & Exchange

RETURN & REFUND POLICY
1. Item can be returned within 5 days of receipt for a 75% of refund of that item.
2. We will refund 75% of the monetary value of goods returned to us at the price you purchased them. This include sale items.
3. In all cases, the items returned must be in their original condition, which include packagings. All goods will be inspected on return.
4. The goods are your responsibility until they have reach our warehouse. Please ensure you package your returned items properly in order to avoid damages. We are not responsible for any items that are returned in error.
5. We recommend you use a postal service that insures you for the value of the goods you are returning and obtain proof of posting.
6. You are to bare your return cost  to us.

EXCHANGE POLICY
1. Customer must email us prior to sending back item to us.
2. In cases where it is our mistake of sending the customer the wrong item based on the invoice, customer must send us an email informing us as soon as possible. We will then issue an exchange as soon as we received the wrong item.
3. We will refund the value of postage to us in case if wrong item were sent. Customer must keep receipt or proof of posting in order for us to issue the refund.
4. To exchange it to a different colour or design, customer must email us the product code.
