Local Postage Charges

We are offer free postage for retail purchases except Sabah and Sarawak with extra charge RM 5. For wholesale purchases, the cost of postage is RM 30 with minimum order 10 pieces cotton.

We use Postlaju and Gdex Express services. Upon receiving the parcel, a signature is required.

Once your package has been shipped, estimated time of arrival is between 1-3 working days, the parcel was delivered. Even during the peak season, there may be delays by Postlaju and Gdex Express services. In this case, you can use your tracking number to track your package.

Due to a large number of orders that we receive daily, it may take 1-2 working days to process your order before leaving the warehouse. Once your order leaves the warehouse we will notify you via e-mail with a tracking number. Guzel Shop will not be responsible for any delay in delivery. For any concerns about your tracking information about where your package, you must contact the Poslaju office in your area or call their hotline at 1-300-300-300 (Malaysia) or 603-27279100 (Overseas).

International Delivery

We shipped worldwide! Your parcel is packed and shipped by Poslaju Service with tracking number. Signature is required upon receipt. Once your package has been shipped, estimated time before the arrival of 3-5 working days, the parcel was delivered. The shipping costs apply and will be calculated automatically on the checkout page to select your shipping country.
